Our Story
Several years ago, I adopted a dog from a shelter that had rescued animals from a hurricane. This feisty, loving, and adorable pup was named Sunny Joy by the shelter staff. Initially, I found the name a bit silly, but as time passed, I realized it was perfect. Sunny Joy embodied qualities of love, humor, and vitality, bringing immense joy into my life.
However, Sunny Joy faced challenges initially; she was hesitant to be touched, suffered from hot spots, and was often nervous. That's when I began using our Canine Hemp Relief Balm on her. The results were remarkable. Whether applied to her hot spots, paws, or nose, it calmed her nerves, relieved anxiety, and greatly improved her skin health. Now, I apply it daily, and her joy shines through.
Over the past year, I decided to donate a portion of all sales from our Canine Hemp Relief Balm to Wildlife Rescue/Adopt An Angel PA, a 501(c)(3) non-profit led by President Diane Stizza.
They focus on TNR, spay/neuter clinics, adoptions through PetSmart, and senior pet hospice care.
Seeing the positive impact of our products on their senior hospice population has been incredibly fulfilling.
Our Hemp products for humans have also earned praise for restoring balance, providing relief, and fostering renewal.
Inspired by the joy and healing our products bring to pets and people alike, we've chosen to rename our company SunnyJoy.
This new name reflects our commitment to enhancing the lives of our customers and their beloved pets, continuing the legacy of care that began with Sunny Joy, the little dog who inspired it all.
